Pride of Place in Brisbane

The fine lines and phenomenal power of our C-Series Alpha will be on show at a ‘world exclusive’ exhibition at the Queensland Modern Art Gallery (QAGOMA) for its exhibition on The Motorcycle: Design, Art, Desire, which runs from November 28th to April 26th next year.

The exhibition features more than 100 iconic and influential motorcycles from the last 150 years – including an 1871 steam-powered Perreaux velocipede, a Brisbane-built 1906 Spencer, and classic speedsters including a 1951 Vincent Black Lightning, a 1970s Ducati 750 SuperSport, and a 1990s Britten V1000.

And then there is our pride – the Savic 60kW Alpha – “demonstrating the future of transportation in the age of renewable energy.”

Depending on interstate travel restrictions, we’re hoping to send one or two people for the opening night of the exhibition, which takes place the day after the launch of our new workshop-showroom in West Melbourne.
