We’re committed to keeping Savic Motorcycles owners informed as we continue improving the riding and ownership experience.

This page tracks known issues that may affect some Savic bikes, including current ride status, resolution progress and the next scheduled update. This means owners can see what is being worked on and what action, if any, is needed.

If an issue is listed as “Safe to ride”, no immediate action is required unless you notice a change in your bike’s behaviour. If a status advises you to contact Aftersales before riding, please get in touch with our team before your next ride.

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include: Your full name, your bike number or VIN, if available, a short description of the issue, photos, videos or screenshots where relevant, when the issue occurred and whether the bike is currently rideable.
