Boris Mihailovic is one of Australia’s most recognised and celebrated motorcycle riders and writers – renowned for his incisive reviews, his irreverent reflections on life, and his informative ‘bike bible’, www.bikeme.tv, which attracts half a million page views a month. Although he’s more of a conventional combustion-engine bike fan, Boris has been a long-term friend and supporter of Savic Motorcycles, who he credits with creating “one of the world’s truly aesthetically-pleasing motorbikes”.
Over the past 30 years, Sydney-born Boris has established himself as a trailblazer of Australian motorcycling literature, editing OzBike, Motorcycle Legends and Street Machine Choppers, and writing regularly for Australian Dirt Bike, FHM and Top Gear. In 2020, Boris published his third book, The Wisdom of the Road Gods, offering a barrage of brutally honest tales and reflections from his life as an “old school biker” – which included 10 years as president of an outlaw motorcycle club.
